Class Registration

I fully understand that in the dance program there is an element of risk involved: therefore, I agree to hold b.funk, LLC, b.funk dance company, Rebecca Funk, any instructor or employee harmless for any accidents or injuries recieved on the premises, engaged in any studio-related activites or traveling to and from its facilities or events. I have read the studio policies and agree to abide by the rules and regulations. I also understand that this contract is binding for the entire period of time I am enrolled as a student of the b.funk dance company and that I am responsible for the tuition for the entire period of time regardless of attendance.
PLEASE NOTE: Monthly payment option is only available to those registering for 3 or more hours a week.

Registration Fee
Registration Fee is per student and includes 2 tickets to our end of the year Recital. Please be mindful that the following amount will be charged automatically along with your tuition.

Returning Student Registration Fee – $50.00
New Student Registration Fee – $55.00
After Sept. 1st – $60.00

Tuition Payment Plan
For your convenience, tuition may be paid according to one of three different payment plans.

Plan #1 – 3 Equal Payments

Payment of tuition shall be made in three (3) equal installments as follows:
1st Payment – due at time of submission of registration
2nd Payment – due December 1st
3rd Payment – due March 1st

Plan #2 – Monthly
(only available to dancers or families with multiple dancers registering for three or more classes per week)

Payment of tuition shall be made in equal monthly installments, each of which shall be due and payable by the fifth (5th) day of each month. For those selecting this plan #2, payment of the first (1st) and last month of installments must be remitted at time of submission of registration.

Plan #3 – Year in Full

payment in full of tuition (less a 5% discount), provided that payment in full of said amount is made at time of submission of registration.

Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, Visa and Mastercard. We also offer an Automatic Payment Plan. To enroll, please request a Credit Card Authorization form to automatically have tuition installments deducted from your Visa or Mastercard.

Tutition Agreement
B.funk Dance Company requires a current Visa, MasterCard, or debit card number with the Visa or MasterCard logo to be kept on file. In order to maintain a permanant spot in class, tuition (monthly or tri-monthly) must be paid on or before the first of the month. After the 7th of the month, there will be a $10 late charge. If we have not received payment by the 15th of the month, your credit or debit car will be billed for the monthly tuition plus the late fee. If your card is declined or if payment is not received by the end of the month, you will be removed from the class.

Returned Checks
All returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 returned check fee. Upon submission of one or more checks that are returned for nonsufficient funds, b.funk Dance Company, LLC reserves the right to require that all future payments be made by cash or money order.

Class Withdrawal & Refund Policy
Dancers shall be permitted to withdraw from classes, without penalty, until October 31st. Requests for withdrawal from one or more classes must be made by the Dancer or Parent/Guardian in writing with a Withdrawal Form which can be obtained at the studio. Upon such withdrawal, within the time frames permitted, tuition shall be pro-rated for the class session. No refunds shall be made for withdrawals not timely made and the dancer and Parent/Guardian shall remain responsible for the full annual tuition. Registration fees are non-refundable.
